Position: Full-Time Janitorial Supervisor, 2nd Shift

The Janitorial Supervisor position reports to the Senior Operation Manager and is crucial for managing service activities within assigned spaces. You'll coordinate shift personnel schedules and oversee project execution, ensuring standards are met.

Your role includes conducting quality checks, managing inventory, and fostering customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of all shift employees

• Conduct quality assurance and inventory management

• Manage payroll and maintain work schedules

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong communication skills
