Position: Regional Retail Manager at Purolator
Lead regional retail operations with Purolator in North York, Ontario. As a Regional Retail Manager, you will oversee multiple locations while supporting dynamic business needs and ensuring exceptional service.

This role requires a driven manager responsible for staffing, development, and daily operations across North York and surrounding sites. You will be overseeing inventory management, store standards, and financial accuracy. With a travel requirement of up to 50%, flexibility is key in this permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations

• Manage staffing and recruitment processes

• Conduct store visits for compliance with standards

• Track volume, revenue, and retail KPIs

• Lead training and development for team performance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of management experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel up to 75% as required
