Global PMO Director at CoreFactor

Become the Global PMO Director at Core Factor, steering IT project management towards operational excellence. This hybrid position emphasizes strategic leadership and effective portfolio governance.

In this permanent full-time role, you will direct PMO functions across Core Factor's global operations. Your responsibilities include developing frameworks and methodologies that enhance project delivery while supervising a team of project and program managers. The role requires being in the office two days weekly, where you will also influence enterprise-wide project strategies and ensure alignment with core business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish comprehensive PMO governance frameworks

• Approach portfolio projects with strategic alignment

• Manage a varied team of project and program leaders

• Deliver insights on performance metrics and KPIs

• Champion adoption of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field, master’s preferred

• At least 10 years' experience in IT project management

• Extensive knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, and Dev Ops practices

• History of managing complex global portfolios

• Strong influencing and communication skills
