In this full-time role, you’ll oversee day-to-day facilities operations while collaborating with teams in Real Estate and Finance. Your hands-on leadership will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while enhancing the workplace experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage facilities operations across 43 retail and support locations
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for critical systems
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for timely issue resolution
• Oversee CAPEX budgets, estimates, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in facilities or construction project management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and multi-site facilities
• Familiarity with health and safety codes (Canada/US)
• Strong project management and budget tracking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and facilities management systems
