Position: Facilities Management Director Role - U of T
Take charge of facilities management at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design in Toronto. This senior role focuses on infrastructure efficiency, maintenance, and stakeholder collaboration.

As the Director of Facilities, you will guide a dedicated team in effectively managing the operational infrastructure of the faculty. You will play a vital role in liaising with other university departments to ensure the proper upkeep of campus facilities. Your leadership will be crucial in managing budgets while executing maintenance and improvement projects to support faculty operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective management of physical facilities

• Collaborate with university teams on maintenance projects

• Manage and analyze facilities budgets responsibly

• Plan and execute infrastructure and major maintenance projects

• Support and oversee faculty exhibitions and public programs

Requirements:

• University degree in facilities management or equivalent

• At least five years of facilities management experience

• Strong project management skills

• Knowledge of safety and environmental legislations

• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft 365 applications
