Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects

Take charge of a new parking infrastructure project as the Project Manager on a two-year contract with our client. Lead from planning through execution while ensuring compliance with regulations.

In this role, you will have full responsibility for project management concerning design, construction, and final handover. You will work closely with various stakeholders and manage consultants to ensure successful modernization of parking facilities and access controls. With your experience in multidisciplinary environments, you will navigate challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full lifecycle management from planning to commissioning

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance project delivery

• Prepare and present agreements for contractors

• Review design and compliance of proposals

• Oversee construction meetings and progress tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years in project management roles

• Postsecondary education relevant to building construction

• PMP certification preferred

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license needed

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
