Senior Property Manager in GTA

DMS Property Management seeks a skilled Senior Property Manager for the GTA. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of properties and managing a dedicated team of property managers and field staff.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will lead a portfolio management team with a focus on financial performance, staff mentorship, and client relations. You will engage in critical tasks such as cost management and rent collection while ensuring compliance with various acts and codes. Your leadership will drive operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned portfolio of properties

• Oversee cost management of operating expenses

• Ensure timely rent collection and manage arrears

• Supervise purchase order processing and contractor management

• Lead and mentor property managers and administrative staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years managing residential units and non-profit housing

• Knowledge of RTA, HSA, and Cooperative Bylaws

• Familiarity with YARDI or similar property management software

• Strong staff management and conflict resolution skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits
