Program Manager - Student Bursary Initiative

Lead the TELUS Student Bursary initiative as a Senior Program Manager, shaping positive futures for students in need. This role focuses on comprehensive program oversight and stakeholder engagement in your community.

At TELUS, the Senior Program Manager oversees the bursary program to establish eligibility criteria, manage application processes, and curate strong relationships with educational institutions. You will work closely with the Foundation team to ensure that student needs are met and effectively communicate progress and successes to stakeholders and donors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the bursary program lifecycle

• Design transparent selection criteria for applicants

• Engage with community partners to maximize applications

• Manage strategic outreach for diverse student groups

• Analyze outcomes and adjust strategies for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in program management within charitable foundations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Proven skills in project management and donor relations

• Experience with post-secondary institutions is a plus

• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and technology
