Position: BYD Aftersales Manager Role
Drive aftersales excellence at BYD Canada as the Aftersales Manager. Lead a team focused on delivering top-notch service in the evolving electric vehicle landscape.

As the Aftersales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey through effective warranty management, dealer training, and quality assurance. Responsible for monitoring dealer performance, you will identify key areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives tailored to regional needs. Collaborate closely with global operations to align local practices with BYD's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the aftersales operations for the Canadian dealer network

• Manage warranty claims and performance metrics

• Develop aftersales service standards and operational processes

• Assess dealer capabilities through performance reviews

• Coordinate technical training initiatives and onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred

• Minimum 8 years in automotive aftersales

• 3-5 years in a management position

• Familiarity with EVs and high-voltage systems is an asset

• Willingness to travel and English fluency required
