Our Client

Our client is a profitable, founder-led healthcare services company providing regulated patient care solutions through a network of locations across Canada. The organization has built a strong reputation within the healthcare ecosystem and delivers specialized products and services that support patients outside of traditional acute care settings.

Having established a successful platform over more than a decade, the company is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead expansion, digital transformation, and long-term value creation.

Reporting to the Board and shareholders, the CEO will have full operational responsibility and the opportunity to scale an established, high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Leadership & Growth Strategy
Lead all aspects of the business, including Operations, Sales, Finance, and supporting functions.
Drive growth across Ontario and evaluate opportunities for broader expansion.
Identify new service offerings, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Build and develop a high-performing leadership team while preserving company culture.
Operational & Financial Leadership
Own P&L performance, capital allocation, and business execution.
Drive operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build scalable systems and processes to support future growth.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Expand the organization's digital and direct-to-patient capabilities.
Champion digital transformation, AI adoption, and automation initiatives.
Implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and patient experience.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build relationships with hospitals, referral sources, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
Partner closely with the Executive Chairman and Board to support long-term strategic objectives.

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience with significant operational and P&L responsibility.
Track record of scaling businesses and leading through growth and change.
Strong financial acumen and execution capabilities.
Experience building teams, systems, and organizational culture.
Background in healthcare or another regulated industry preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in founder-led environments.
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills.

Experience with digital transformation and AI-enabled initiatives is an asset.
