The Senior Director is accountable for the Annual Risk Report (ARR) and the enterprise strategic risk framework h 12-15 years of experience, you will ensure effective risk management, drive structured leadership discussions, and oversee risk deep dives to support executive decisions. Your leadership will help cultivate a robust risk culture and promote stronger alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and refresh the Annual Risk Report annually

• Design the ARR input-gathering process and quality control

• Maintain linkage from top risks to owners and actions

• Facilitate structured risk discussions with senior leadership

• Lead cross-functional deep dive teams with clear outcomes

Requirements:

• 12-15+ years in enterprise risk or finance

• Experience with governance cycles and reporting

• Proven track record of leading decision-making processes

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred); CFA is a plus

• Strong communication and people leadership skills
