Manager of AI Initiatives

You will spearhead specialized initiatives aimed at connecting AI talent with affiliated employers while reporting to the Director, AI Talent Initiatives & Analytics. This role requires expertise in program management, relationship management, and a passion for enhancing Canada's AI footprint. Engage with industry partners, lead search initiatives, and develop strategies to optimize alumni relations, ensuring enhanced collaboration between AI professionals and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute specialized AI talent connection programs

• Lead senior search initiatives for AI talent

• Develop and manage alumni engagement strategies

• Implement performance metrics for talent initiatives

• Collaborate on talent programming events and networking

Requirements:

• Degree in business, STEM, or related field

• 5-7 years of experience in program management

• Leadership management experience of 3+ years

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce
