Impact lives at Springboard as an Assistant Supervisor in Developmental Services. This full-time role in East York emphasizes leadership, program management, and community partnership.
As a pivotal member of the SLH leadership team, you'll focus on ensuring the safety and support of residents while managing staff and budgets. You'll coach employees for high performance and participate in program development alongside community partners. Engage with families and support effective case management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily program operations and staff scheduling
• Develop staff through coaching and feedback
• Foster relationships with community partners
• Participate in financial oversight and documentation
• Support staff and individuals during incidents
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Social Services or similar
• Preferably 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven experience in crisis situations and family dynamics
• Strong financial and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical and inclusive practices
