Celestica is seeking a Director of Global Payroll Services to enhance our payroll operations and HRIS infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management for optimal payroll execution.

As the Director, you will oversee payroll for 30,000+ employees and ensure the accuracy and compliance of payroll processes across multiple regions. You'll act as a key liaison between HR, IT, and Finance while pioneering AI-driven process improvements. This role demands excellence in analytics and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect a comprehensive global payroll and HRIS strategy

• Ensure flawless payroll operations with zero downtime

• Manage the HR technology roadmap and system integrations

• Oversee compliance with payroll governance and audit standards

• Mentor and lead a team of payroll professionals

Requirements:

• At least 12 years of global payroll/tax experience

• Proven leadership in high-volume payroll settings

• 7+ years managing HRIS implementations

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• CPP designation is a plus
