In this leadership role, you will direct the execution of payroll while designing a comprehensive payroll and HRIS strategy aligned with Celestica’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a unified global payroll strategy

• Manage daily payroll operations ensuring zero downtime

• Act as the owner for the HR technology roadmap

• Streamline processes by addressing manual workarounds

• Govern payroll compliance including SOX controls and audits

Requirements:

• 10+ years leading global payroll teams

• Experience managing HRIS systems critical

• Strong knowledge of ADP Global view is required

• Proven analytical and change-management skills

• Bachelor’s in Business or Finance required
