Reporting to the VP of Facilities, this role demands a skilled manager with at least five years of experience in building operations, particularly in the entertainment sector. You'll be responsible for facility maintenance, safety compliance, and supporting events, ensuring each venue runs smoothly. Your ability to respond to urgent needs while managing daily operations is critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee building operations and maintenance workflows

• Ensure functionality of HVAC and electrical systems

• Conduct regular inspections and manage preventative maintenance

• Support event logistics and facility requirements

• Lead and mentor the Building Operations team

Requirements:

• At least five years in facilities or building operations

• Proven leadership skills in managing teams effectively

• Familiarity with safety legislation and building codes

• Project management and budget oversight experience

• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
