As the Aftersales Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing dealer network operations, including service quality and warranty management. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead local aftersales teams and manage operational standards
• Analyze dealer performance via KPIs and implement improvements
• Oversee warranty claim processes and audits
• Support training and development for dealer personnel
• Coordinate the launch of new electric vehicle technologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields preferred
• Extensive automotive aftersales experience (8–10 years)
• Leadership experience of 3–5 years in aftersales
• Knowledge of electric mobility is advantageous
• Must be able to travel across Canada regularly
