In this vital role, you'll report directly to the VP of Experience, Planning, and Transformation. Your mission will be to ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, leveraging your background in client experience and analytical thinking. Engage with dynamic colleagues and foster an environment of high performance while supporting leadership priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and facilitate leadership forum operations
• Manage strategic calendar and initiatives with focus
• Promote CXO team engagement and cohesion
• Support auditability and governance compliance
• Partner with Corporate Communications for impactful messaging
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in a strategic role
• Strong judgment and relationship-building capabilities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Degree in business; MBA preferred
• Ability to navigate complex issues and priorities
