Become a key player at BDO as the Office Operations Manager. This position involves multi-location leadership and significant administrative oversight across Toronto and surrounding areas.
In this vital role, you will manage and coordinate office operations while leading a team of Office Managers servicing over 60 colleagues across multiple sites. You will collaborate closely with different leaders to meet administrative needs and support overall firm goals.

• Manage multiple office operations seamlessly
• Streamline processes for enhanced productivity

• Organize and oversee office events
• Provide operational support to service line leaders
Requirements:
• 5+ years of leadership in administrative roles
• Proven operational oversight across offices
• Exceptional MS Office proficiency required
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Ability to implement process improvements
