This full-time, in-office role emphasizes a data-driven approach to enhance client satisfaction while fostering a culture of First Call Resolution. You will oversee operational management and devise strategies that minimize churn and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in high-volume contact center roles
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
