Director of North America Packaging Sourcing

Transform Hello Fresh's packaging sourcing landscape as the Director for North America. This strategic role focuses on merging packaging efforts and driving operational excellence.

As a key member of the Procurement Leadership team, you will lead the sourcing strategy for various packaging categories while managing a team of Strategy Managers. Your focus will be on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring supplier compliance for quality management. The integration of CA and US teams is essential to unify sourcing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute packaging sourcing strategies

• Manage multi-million dollar supplier contracts and negotiations

• Optimize supply chain management to enhance responsiveness

• Foster partnerships across Product, Operations, and Engineering

• Set and track OKRs for performance and innovation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years in procurement or strategic sourcing

• Demonstrated leadership experience in packaging

• Strong financial and analytical skills for cost management

• Ability to navigate changing organizational landscapes

• Availability to travel for team synergy
