Corporate Communications Senior Manager

Take the lead in corporate communications at Waterfront Toronto as the Senior Manager. This key role focuses on internal and external communications strategies while supporting employee engagement and digital outreach.

As a newly created position, the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will report to the Senior Vice President and oversee two direct reports. Your responsibilities will include developing integrated communication strategies aligned with corporate goals, enhancing employee engagement, and driving digital communications initiatives while fostering organizational reputation. You will be integral in defining Waterfront Toronto’s voice through various channels, ensuring an impactful presence across the community and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in communications or related field

• Proven leadership in team development and strategy execution

• Strong writing and editing skills for diverse audiences
