Your role is vital in enhancing client service and fostering efficient operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Office Managers and administrative staff effectively
• Manage all office operations and administrative functions
• Hire, train, and oversee staff performance
• Encourage teamwork and a positive company culture
• Control office expenses and assist in budget planning
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
• Experience in a multi-office administrative environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal strengths
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Workday is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
