Position: University Assistant Director Role
Join the University of Toronto as an Assistant Director in the Office of Experiential Education. This pivotal role focuses on supporting experiential learning strategy and management in pharmacy.

You will collaborate with the Academic Director to oversee the daily operations of the office, managing a team that coordinates students’ practice placements. Your leadership will guide initiatives aimed at improving program quality and ensuring effective stakeholder relationships in a fast-evolving educational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee experiential education operations to meet accreditation standards

• Manage student placement matching and evaluation

• Lead reporting and improvement initiatives

• Direct budget and project management for operations

• Establish partnerships with experiential sites for students

Requirements:

• University Degree in educational leadership/administration

• MBA or Master’s in Health Administration is a plus

• At least 5 years educational leadership experience

• Proven management experience in academic settings

• Familiarity with program support and administrative processes
