Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive expense planning for $1 billion across divisions

• Foster partnerships for budget alignment and performance growth

• Create management reporting packages for CFO teams

• Uphold financial compliance with internal controls

• Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and development

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of financial management experience

• Proven leadership in complex organizations

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Canada Life's business

• Success in driving collaborative relationships

• Chartered Professional Accountant designation preferred
