Position: Supervisor for Equipment Storage
Join Gate Gourmet Canada Inc. as a Supervisor for Equipment Storage in our Toronto facility. This role centers on inventory control, staff oversight, and delivering exceptional service standards within a large operational area.

As the Supervisor in a 300,000 square-foot facility, you will manage the team responsible for effective workflow and safety compliance. With a minimum of three years in a supervisory role, you will enforce protocols, optimize inventory management, and collaborate with department leaders to achieve operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee equipment and supplies management

• Uphold high service and safety standards

• Enforce labor regulations and train team members

• Compile management reports on daily operations

• Plan manpower and assign staff effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred

• At least 3 years as a supervisor in a unionized environment

• Comprehensive understanding of labor relations processes

• Detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities

• Excellent communication skills in English
