Bringing at least five years of Project Management experience in ground-up commercial or institutional projects, you will effectively manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Your proficiency in construction management software and solid leadership capabilities are crucial for achieving project goals on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion

• Maintain project schedules and budgets diligently

• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams

• Lead meetings with key project stakeholders

• Monitor overall costs and financial outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of ICI Project Management experience

• Experience with ground-up commercial projects

• Comprehensive understanding of construction drawings and contracts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management tools
