Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Case Assessment Team for optimal performance

• Develop strategic priorities and implement operational improvements

• Ensure compliance with current policies and training programs

• Monitor trends and proactively identify improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communications and integration

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in leadership within complaint intake or service operations

• Proven experience in process improvements and team leadership

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
