You'll collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to operationalize initiatives in a complex healthcare environment. Managing governance, performance measurements, and investment tracking will ensure impactful decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual planning and quarterly performance reviews

• Establish and manage governance processes, including reporting

• Oversee portfolio-level performance measurement and recommendations

• Manage budget oversight and investment tracking

• Coordinate with project managers to keep initiatives on track

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in related fields

• Strong governance and executive reporting skills

• Successful budget management experience

• Advanced analytical and stakeholder management abilities

• Master's degree or PMP certification is an asset
