Your role will ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards, leveraging your knowledge of payments, open banking, and emerging trends. Engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance team capabilities for effective performance

• Create and implement strategic standards in the payments sector

• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements

• Cultivate cross-chapter knowledge sharing and best practices

• Contribute to Squad goals through quality deliverables

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of direct leadership experience

• 7-9 years in the payments ecosystem

• Expertise in payments products like Visa and Interac

• Strong planning and communication skills

• Ability to innovate in a rapidly changing environment
