Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive incentive program design and administration
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Resolve complex advisor and leader escalations
• Oversee reporting, budgeting, and vendor management
• Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making
Requirements:
• 6+ years in program management or incentives
• Experience in team leadership and development
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Comfort in evolving, fast-paced environments
• Capability to adjust for peak workload cycles
