Lead BMO's application audits as a Manager of Application Audits. This hybrid role involves evaluating control processes and delivering critical insights to management.
As a key player in BMO’s governance framework, your role focuses on auditing application processes to mitigate risks effectively. You will develop clear and actionable reports for the Board and senior management, ensuring adherence to audit standards. Your strategic input will help identify risks and enhance overall audit quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and audit application management processes
• Produce clear, concise audit reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with business groups to adjust audit processes
• Identify current and emerging risks in the audit environment
• Mentor new team members and foster a culture of audit excellence
Requirements:
• 5+ years in relevant IT Application Audit experience
• Professional designations such as CIA or CISA recommended
• Knowledge of Data Governance and AI in auditing is advantageous
• Strong critical thinking and influence capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
