Operations Team Lead

Position: Operations Team Lead at BGIS
Drive service excellence as the Team Lead, Operations – Supervision & Quality with BGIS. Oversee facility operations and ensure high performance through strong leadership and quality assurance.

This role focuses on managing daily operations and fostering a positive team environment. You'll be responsible for mentoring staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Assess vendor performance and ensure all client requirements are met while continuously improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop cleaning staff to meet BGIS standards

• Manage daily operations for cleaning and security services

• Conduct building inspections for safety and compliance

• Ensure vendors adhere to quality and scope requirements

• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning operations or facility management

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking ability

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
