• Create playbooks and resources for manager enablement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent development or HR leadership

• Strong background in leadership coaching or management training

• Ability to build programs from the ground up

• Effective communicator and influencer

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
