• Manage the full lifecycle of incentive plans
• Lead compensation modeling and reporting initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 years in incentive compensation management
• Strong analytical and modeling capabilities
• Cross-functional leadership experience
• Strong presentation skills for executive discussions
• Expertise in compensation analytics tools
