Experienced Major Projects Proposal Manager

Take on a leadership role with Aecon as a Senior Proposal Manager in Toronto, ON, focusing on major project proposals. Lead from the front on submissions and team development.

As a Senior Proposal Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage Aecon's major project submissions, directing a team of Proposal Managers and Coordinators. You will be instrumental in maintaining high proposal standards and analyzing performance metrics. Your leadership will be crucial for coaching team members while ensuring effective collaboration across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct oversight of proposal management processes

• Develop and maintain proposal standards and tools

• Schedule and lead critical proposal meetings

• Manage input from internal and external partners

• Conduct compliance checks on submission documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• More than 5 years in major project proposal management

• Excellent leadership and team-building skills

• Proficient in MS Office;
Adobe InDesign is a plus

• Must be able to travel for job site collaboration
