Facilities Management Senior Coordinator

In this full-time, permanent position, you will report to the Global Facilities Director while executing facility management activities throughout Canada. Your focus will be on maintaining compliance with health and safety standards and leading various facility projects in alignment with stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze facility requirements for effective management services
• Prepare property maintenance strategies with landlords
• Monitor contractors and evaluate their performance
• Handle communication with property managers and vendors
• Actively contribute to health and safety compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• Proven senior-level experience in facility management
• Understanding of commercial leases and workspace regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and FM systems
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Project management certification preferred
