Key Responsibilities:
• Direct strategic actions for Belmont House’s future
• Ensure financial health and quality standards
• Participate in seven board meetings each year
• Bring diverse expertise in health or governance
• Cultivate an inclusive board environment
Requirements:
• Commitment to senior care and governance principles
• Skills in policy, legal, or technology fields
• Experience in marketing or construction is a plus
• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the community
