Reporting to the Head of People Operations & Workforce Technology, you will take charge of the end-to-end payroll operating model. You will lead operational functions in equity administration and drive system optimizations to minimize manual intervention. Prepare to engage with teams across departments to mitigate financial risks and enhance compliance across payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the payroll operation for various employment structures globally
• Manage a small team, ensuring disciplined execution of services
• Oversee equity processing and ensure data integrity within Share works
• Design workflow automation to eliminate data friction and errors
• Strengthen payroll compliance protocols to ensure audit readiness
Requirements:
• Significant experience in managing global payroll systems
• Direct experience with equity administration platforms like Share works
• Proven ability in HRIS workflow design and optimization
• Deep understanding of compliance and payroll controls
• Capability to act as both a team leader and an operational expert
