Position: TELUS Senior Manager for Educational Grants
Be the driving force behind TELUS's educational grants as a Senior Program Manager. Your expertise will support marginalized youth through effective program administration and relationship-building.

This role within the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation involves managing the acclaimed TELUS Student Bursary program, ensuring its successful operation from application through to awards. You will collaborate with donors, educational leaders, and other stakeholders to align the program with TELUS's vision for community impact and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage governance, budgeting, and reporting for the bursary program

• Oversee the adjudication process and ensure compliance

• Cultivate relationships with donors and educational institutions

• Lead outreach efforts to increase program applications

• Analyze program metrics for reporting and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5-8 years' program management experience in the non-profit or educational sector

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Strong project management abilities and communication skills

• Experience in fundraising or stewardship preferred

• Proficient in technology tools relevant to program management
