In this full-time role, you'll provide strategic leadership to a dynamic team focused on acquiring new monthly donors and ensuring client satisfaction. You will oversee fundraising program launches and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, while fostering accountability and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of fundraising specialists
• Conduct regular performance coaching sessions
• Monitor KPIs and optimize fundraising strategies
• Own campaign execution and training rollout
• Refine messaging for donor engagement compliance
Requirements:
• 2–5 years in sales, fundraising, or contact center
• Experience in KPI-driven environments
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
• University education in Business Management
