Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the strategic vision for service delivery

• Inspire and coach the Member Care and Retiree teams

Requirements:
• University degree with pension designation or equivalent
• At least 10 years in leadership roles within financial services
• Proven track record in service operations and transformation
• Strong knowledge of pension legislation and best practices
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
