In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the accreditation process, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that submitted educational programs meet CIRO's high standards. You’ll apply your deep knowledge of the investment industry to review programs, offer constructive feedback, and identify improvements to the CE program. Lead the CE team and engage in strategic discussions to shape the landscape of continuing education at CIRO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accreditation processes for CE inquiries
• Review and approve educational programs for CE credit
• Provide valuable feedback to applicants on decisions
• Liaise with stakeholders to enhance the CE experience
• Lead mentoring efforts for the CE Specialist team
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary qualification
• Minimum 5 years in securities regulation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
