Join RBC as a Senior Manager in the Enterprise Shared Services, focusing on supplier risk and operational excellence. Drive compliance and foster vital supplier relationships for a global this critical role, you will oversee operational leadership, ensuring suppliers meet RBC's rigorous standards across various business units. With at least three years in supplier management and risk operations, you’ll guide your team in executing proven supplier management methodologies.
Collaborate with Compliance groups to mitigate identified supplier risks while ensuring adherence to Third Party Risk Management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operations and risk management processes daily
• Provide insights and advice to senior management on supplier risks
• Manage the inventory and compliance of intragroup arrangements
• Enhance risk management and compliance oversight activities
• Drive operational improvements for ongoing excellence
Requirements:
• 3+ years in operational leadership roles focused on supplier management
• Strong expertise in risk processes and decision-making
• Ability to present and communicate effectively to all levels
• Commitment to personal growth and new skill acquisition
• Project management experience is preferred
