This role requires overseeing spill management, investigations, and remedial planning activities while providing mentorship for junior team members. You will prepare financial reports and engage directly with clients to nurture existing relationships and scout new opportunities, contributing to business growth and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage environmental projects across Ontario to ensure delivery
• Prepare budgets, work plans, and reports per company standards
• Lead junior staff training and maintain quality control
• Engage closely with clients to identify project needs
• Participate in initiatives to expand the client base Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Geology, or related discipline
• Licensed Professional in Ontario or ability to obtain within a year
• Extensive experience in environmental consulting (10-15 years)
• Knowledge of key remediation processes and regulations
• Proven skills in financial management and project oversight
