Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve high satisfaction rates among residents and families

• Manage and inspire recreation staff and volunteer teams

• Develop and implement engaging programs monthly

• Monitor departmental budget and expenditures

• Lead community engagement initiatives with local partners

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Recreation Therapy necessary

• Minimum one year experience in a healthcare role

• Two years of senior care program planning experience

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities

• Proficiency in relevant software preferred
