This leadership role focuses on enhancing supplier engagement and ensuring operational excellence through strategic contract management. You will lead the Sourcing and Procurement team while fostering best practices in supplier relations and compliance. Your insights will shape the policies that drive supplier partnership value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support contract renewals and RFx preparations as an SME
• Counsel on supplier best practices and policy development
• Manage contract administration activities thoroughly
• Maintain vendor relationships for sustained efficiency
• Conduct KPI performance reviews with key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post‐secondary education in relevant fields
• Minimum seven years leading Supplier Management programs
• Leadership experience of at least two years
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications
• Experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management preferred
