Mentimeter is on the lookout for a Strategic Accounts Manager to join its pioneering team in North America. In this impactful role, you will manage a select portfolio of 5 to 10 strategic accounts, combining your 8+ years of SaaS experience with a collaborative approach. Your strategic leadership will establish valuable partnerships through executive engagement and comprehensive account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee retention and expansion for strategic enterprise accounts
• Develop account strategies with clear stakeholder insights
• Conduct renewal strategies ahead of contracts
• Lead negotiations for multi-year contracts
• Maintain robust relationships with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Enterprise SaaS or account management
• Expertise in handling complex accounts
• Demonstrated success in driving renewals and expansions
• Effective in negotiating with executive decision-makers
• Strong analytical and business management skills
