Head of Multinational Business at AIG

As part of the North America Leadership Team, you will oversee AIG’s Multinational operations within Canada. This role requires deep understanding of multinational insurance while fostering growth by managing a skilled team. You will also represent AIG at industry events, positioning the company as a thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for AIG’s Multinational operations

• Develop and drive execution of sales and marketing strategies

• Manage complex global insurance programs and client portfolios

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service offerings

• Create a positive and risk-aware culture within the team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of insurance experience

• At least 5 years in a leadership role

• Extensive knowledge of multinational dynamics

• Strong change management skills

• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
