In the Manager, Operations and Assistive Technology role, you will be the primary liaison for staff and clients at the Bayview CNIB Hub. Your responsibilities will include overseeing service delivery standards, managing day-to-day operations, and providing leadership for the technology programs. You will collaborate closely with national teams to enhance client engagement and support various operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations and Smart Life service standards
• Supervise team performance and guide volunteer efforts
• Resolve complex client inquiries and service issues
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for technology training
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in assistive tech or client services
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
Strengthen CNIB’s mission by leading assistive technology initiatives at the Bayview Smart Life Centre.
